BSL GLOBAL REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS
BSL Global Water can build custom commercial reverse osmosis water treatment systems
or modify one of our standard products to meet our customer's needs
when handling salt water/desalinization applications.
Reverse Osmosis for Sea Water:
BSL Global, Inc. manufactures a full line of seawater desalinators designed for heavy or continuous duty service in the marine applications where quality and dependable performance are key. Our SWI series is available with capacities ranging from 11,000 GDP to 180,000 GDP.
Reverse Osmosis for Brackish Water:
BSL offers Industrial Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis Systems to purify water and remove salts and other impurities. It is also capable of rejecting bacteria, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes, and other constituents that have a molecular weight of greater than 150-250 dalton.
Single Pass Reverse Osmosis Units:
Our reverse osmosis systems can remove approximately 99% of all solutes dissolved in
the water whether they are salts or organics such as dissolved oils. This is done by
a process of diffusion of the water and rejection of the solutes through a membrane.
There will be virtually 100% removal of bacteria, cysts, viruses, and suspended solids
remaining after pre-filtration. BSL’s system is suited for agriculture, aquaculture, electroplating,
dental, humidification, process waste, drinking water, laboratory applications, and many other applications.
Specialty Membrane Element Systems:
Some water needs may not require reverse osmosis but one of the other membrane technologies
such as ultrafiltration, nanofiltration or microfiltration. These processes require lower
operating pressures and smaller horse power pumps, and have higher recoveries, and higher
volume outputs. One or more of these can be incorporated into an R.O. system as a pretreatment
to improve water quality or system life.
All BSL Systems are computer designed utilizing the latest up-dated element data
from all major element manufacturers. This insures maximum recovery and optimum water quality while
minimizing operating costs. We provide expected quality information along with pump operating cost and
projections on future production and water quality.
In addition we offer custom built pre-treatment as required to provide the most economical and environmentally friendly operation of the entire system.
